These terms apply to your use of codeclays.com. By using the site you accept them. The site is run by Code Clays, a team of six independent developers based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. If you have a question about them, email contact@codeclays.com.
What This Site Is
This website tells you about the services Code Clays offers: game development, full-stack web development, 3D product customizers, 3D modelling and digital marketing. It is general information to help you decide whether to talk to us. It is not professional advice for your specific project.
Quotes and Agreements
Nothing on this site is an offer we are bound by. Budget ranges, timelines, platforms and features mentioned here are a guide only. Sending the contact form does not create a contract. Work starts only when we both agree a written quote or proposal, and that written agreement (including its price, scope, payment and ownership terms) then governs the project.
Concept Visuals and Trademarks
The images under "What We Do" are concept visuals showing the kinds of projects we build. They are not client projects. Product names and logos such as Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, Shopify and others shown on the site belong to their owners and are used only to say which tools and platforms we work with. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse us.
Intellectual Property
The content of this site, including its text, design, logo, images, video and code, belongs to Code Clays or the people who licensed it to us. You may view it, link to it and keep a copy for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, sell or reuse it, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
Anything you send us, such as ideas, briefs, files or sketches, stays yours. You allow us to use it only to reply to you and prepare a quote. We do not share it outside our team, apart from the service providers named in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
Please use the site and the contact form honestly and lawfully. Do not:
- try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of the site or its spam check;
- send spam, malware, or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights;
- pretend to be someone else or give false details on purpose;
- copy the site's content in bulk with automated tools.
Accuracy and Availability
We work to keep the site accurate and online, but we cannot promise it is always complete, up to date, error-free or available. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
Other Websites
Links to other websites, such as social networks or WhatsApp, are there for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Our Liability
The site is provided free of charge and "as is", for general information. As far as Indian law allows, Code Clays is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud. Liability for paid work is set out in the written agreement for that project.

Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we will try to sort it out together. If we cannot, the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not take away any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on the site when you use it applies.
